Safety Compliance Pty Ltd is a non-government business endeavouring to help safe
work practices and minimise workplace accidents through awareness of safety procedures.
'Accidents' in the workplace will always happen no matter what we do, but with
the right procedures in place, many of these accidents can be prevented and
injuries can be minimised if first aid is administered immediately and correctly.
Products we sell to workplaces around Australia include:
First Aid Kit
Under most state and territory legislation all workplaces must have at least one
first aid kit.
First aid provides the initial and immediate attention to a person suffering an injury or
illness. A quick and competent first aid response can reduce the severity of the injury
or illness and in some cases could mean the difference between life and death.
Employers have legal responsibilities for ensuring adequate first aid provisions for
employees. State and territory government agencies have legislation, codes of practice
or guidelines on first aid issues as part of occupational healthy and safety (OHS) requirements.
The possible fines and or penalties for non compliance far exceeds the purchase
price of a first aid kit.
The first aid kit contains 100 pieces of hospital grade products. Appropriate for most
places of work with 100 employees or less. Contents exceed (AS2675B) and workplace B.
It also contains a 1m x 1m fire blanket which hangs on a wall.
Emergency Procedures Pack:
As a Owner/Manager, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with ongoing training
and emergency procedures in the workplace. Our emergency procedures pack contains a 10
page flip chart which has information on evacuation procedures, administering first aid
for any accidents which may occur in the workplace as well as state contacts for reporting
accidents / incidents. Also included in the pack is a CPR Chart, incident report and a
fire evacuation plan which is to be completed then discussed with staff.
